  Analisys of Colombian and Italian culture through Hofstede model If we start to analize and compare Colombian a Italian culture, we could find that there are few diferences and things in common. Through Hofstede model, we can observe that our Country Colombia has a score of 67 in the dimension of Power distance, this score can be consider as intermediate, and the reason of this is that Colombians are familiarized with inequality, they believe that inequality among people are a simply fact of life, and we think that this happen because in the whole colombia's history there're l eaders who have a lot of concentrated power compared to others Colombians.
